Redmond Reporter to honor women in business community

Here at the Redmond Reporter we recognize the tremendous strides and impressive contributions women have made in the business world. Whether they are business owners, managers or running the front office, they are the driving force behind many successful businesses. Bearing that in mind we would like to highlight some of our local “Women in Business” starting in our Aug. 27 issue.

Feel free to let us know about any women making their mark on local businesses. You can also highlight your own business in our section.

Redmond Town Center, Gold Class Cinema and the Redmond Reporter will be co-hosting an event in September, honoring these women and allowing them to network and mentor each other. An important part of this event is assisting women who are in need of a helping hand. Donations of gently used or new professional clothing will be accepted for the YWCA’s Working Wardrobe program. Contact us at (425) 867-0353 to find out how you can participate in this wonderful event.
