Element 5 Fitness' free fitness challenge to benefit Redmond-based Hopelink

Element 5 Fitness in Kirkland is hosting a free fitness challenge for the benefit of Redmond-based Hopelink.

Eastside participants in the fitness challenge are asked to make a donation of at least $10 to Hopelink. The eight-week challenge toward becoming more physically fit includes a nutrition guide and body fat testing to help track progress (a $49 value). The top three winners will win prizes donated by local businesses.

The challenge officially begins on Saturday, Sept. 18. Community members are asked to sign up by Monday, Sept. 13.
