SAIL classes for seniors begin Feb. 11

The next Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) class begins Feb. 11, 2013 at the Redmond Senior Center (RSC).

SAIL is a beginners strength, balance and fitness class for mature adults ages 50 and older. The instructor will provide modified exercises to accommodate all fitness levels. The class has been expanded to eight weeks long and will be offered four times in 2013.
