All Windermere agents dedicate one day each year to work together on neighborhood improvement projects.

"It is an opportunity to give back to the communities where we live and work," said Candace Carlson, a Windermere realtor.

This year it will be on Friday, June 19 and the agents are looking for a project.

If you know of any organization or individual who could use Windermere's help, contact the Windermere Redmond office at (425)883-0088 or Carlson at (425) 444-5721.

Past projects have included cleaning, landscaping, painting and light carpentry to benefit senior citizen centers, facilities for phically and mentally challenged children and adults, public schools, low income housing and emergency shelters, among others.
