The Lake Washington School District (LWSD) Junior High Quest Program for Highly Capable Students (grades 7-9) will accept applications for the 2010-2011 school year from Jan. 6, 2010 through 4 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2010.

All parents interested in the Quest program are invited to attend the Junior High Quest Information Evening on Wednesday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. This information program will be held at Redmond Junior High School, 10055 166th Ave. NE.

Students must meet specific screening criteria to be considered for Quest assessment. Those criteria are detailed here: http://www.lwsd.org/Parents/Accelerated-Programs/Quest/Junior-High-Quest/Pages/Acceptance-Criteria.aspx.

More information is available on the Junior High section of the Quest Web site, and at the Quest office on the third floor of the LWSD Resource Center, 16250 NE 74th St. in Redmond.
