Inaugural reading for Redmond's new poet laureate set for Saturday

Redmond's new poet laureate Jeannine Hall Gailey will have her inaugural reading from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday at SecondStory Repertory at 16587 N.E. 74th St. in Redmond Town Center.
The event will feature geek-themed poetry and an art exhibit by Michaela Eaves inspired by anime, robots, science, mermaids, zombies and hybrid creatures. Snacks will be provided.
