New Age Flamenco set to perform at RedmondAgave on Wednesday

New Age Flamenco will be performing from 6-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Agave Cocina & Cantina at 17158 Redmond Way in Redmond.

New Age Flamenco was formed in 1998 by bass player Oleg Ruvinov. In 1999,the band adopted its current name and practiced frequently playing popular tunes by Armik, Gipsy Kings, Carlos Santana, Ottmar Liebert and others.

Their music reflects a strong Latin connection, Mediterranean folk, European roots, jazz, and a Gypsy soul blended with the rhythms of modern music.
