Evergreen Family Theatre presents 'The Best Christmas Pageant Ever'
By BARBARA ROBINSON
During Evergreen Family Theatre's "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever," all is well at the church event until it’s disrupted by the mean Herdman kids — probably the most inventively awful kids in history. The Church Ladies are shocked and outraged, but Grace Bradley, pageant director, is determined to make it the best Christmas pageant ever. She didn’t figure on cigar smoke in the ladies room, firefighters and baby angels all over the place and the communion wine mysteriously gone. Performances will run at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 23, 24, 30 and Dec. 1, 7 and 8, and 2 p.m. Nov. 25 and Dec. 2 and 9 in the RedWood Family Church, 11500 Redmond-Woodinville Road, Redmond. Tickets are available at www.brownpapertickets.com. For group rates, call (425) 885-2244 or email evergreenfamilytheatre@gmail.com. Day-of-show tickets will be available at the door.
