Redmond’s Arts in the Park program at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15 will feature local high school/college talent, outside of Redmond City Hall, 15670 NE 85th St. Admission is free.

Shotty will perform, along with Universal Soul and Rock School Mix, two bands which were formed during summer rock camps at the Old Fire House Teen Center.

Shotty recently celebrated its 100th show with a special party at the Kirkland Teen Union Building and is recording a new EP called “Everything is Awesome.” The band will introduce a brand-new song at the Arts in the Park concert.
