I am writing to you to bring awareness to the bad bus stop conditions for my neighborhood.

I live in Redmond Ridge and go to Redmond High School every day of the week. Each morning, I get dressed, eat breakfast and walk down to the bus stop. The actual walk is fine, but the stop is deplorable. Right next to it is a ditch that has garbage in it, there are barely any lights anywhere and the stop isn’t paved. Due to the fact that it isn’t paved and the weather we have been having, it is one giant puddle filled with mud. We all sit in this while in the pitch black.

Frankly, I think all it needs is a cover so it doesn’t get as wet and we don’t get soaked before school. If you would like to see the stop for yourself, it is right outside the Redmond Ridge neighborhoods.
