Officers investigate shoplifting, thefts, burglaries over holiday | Police blotter for Dec. 21-25

Tuesday, Dec. 25

Warrant: At 11:09 p.m., Redmond police contacted a disabled vehicle at 188th Avenue Northeast and Redmond Way downtown. One of the occupants had a felony warrant.

Theft: Redmond police responded to a property theft report at 10:08 a.m. from a residence in the 2600 block of 175th Avenue Northeast in Overlake.

Burglary: At 12:44 a.m., Redmond police investigated a burglary in the 15900 block of Northeast 85th Street on Education Hill.

Monday, Dec. 24

Theft: An iPhone was possibly stolen from the iPic Theater in downtown at 9:08 p.m. The victim tracked the phone to the 14800 block of Redmond Way.

Shoplifting: At 11:12 a.m., officers responded to a shoplifting report from the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast in Overlake. Three men were arrested.

Graffiti: Redmond police responded to a house in the 9700 block of 162nd Avenue Northeast on Education Hill at 7:20 a.m., was spray painted over night. There are no leads at this time.

Sunday, Dec. 23

Fraud: Redmond Police investigated a fraud complaint at 12:13 a.m. from the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street.

Shoplifting: A male was arrested for shoplifting at 8:10 p.m. from a business in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast in Overlake.

Assault: Redmond police responded to a residence in the 16100 block of Northeast 58th Court in Grass Lawn for a domestic dispute.

Saturday, Dec. 22

Stolen vehicle: Redmond police arrested a male at 7:25 p.m. for possession of a stolen vehicle at Union Hill Road and 178th Place Northeast in downtown.

Malicious mischief: At 9:47 a.m., Redmond police investigated a malicious mischief of a mailbox in the 15200 block of Northeast 90th Street in Grass Lawn.

Bicycle theft: Redmond officer investigated a bicycle theft from the 17700 block of Northeast 76th Street downtown at 8:49 a.m.

Friday, Dec. 21

Shoplifting: Redmond police charged two males for shoplifting in the 15800 block of Redmond Way downtown at 7:31 p.m.

Burglary: Redmond police investigated an attempted burglary at 11:58 a.m. from a business in 9000 block of 151st Avenue Northeast in Grass Lawn.

Disturbance: At 5:57 a.m., Redmond police responded to a disturbance at a residence in 7300 block of Old Redmond Road.
