Man caught shoplifting at hobby store downtown | Police blotter for Jan. 22
The police blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the Redmond Police Department that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. Tuesday, Jan. 22
Vandalism: A resident in the 14000 block of Northeast 73rd Street in Grass Lawn had their back door smashed by a rock at 8:23 p.m. There is no suspect information and entry was not made into the residence.
Theft: At 2:35 p.m., Redmond police began investigating a theft from a business in the 7100 block of 180th Avenue Northeast downtown. The suspect was named.
Disturbance: At 1:40 p.m., Redmond officers investigated a domestic violence disturbance in the 15800 block of Leary Way downtown. No crime was committed but one of the parties was arrested for a warrant.
Shoplifting: At 12:24 p.m., a male suspect shoplifted from a hobby store in the 16400 block of Cleveland Street downtown. The incident was captured on video surveillance.
