Officers investigate vehicle prowls downtown and in Grass Lawn | Police blotter for Oct. 1
The police blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the Redmond Police Department that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. The Redmond Reporter Police Blotter is not intended to be representative of all police calls originating in Redmond, which gets more than 500 calls (emergency and non-emergency) per week.
Tuesday, Oct. 1
Warrant: Redmond police arrested a warrant subject at 11:12 p.m. from the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast on Education Hill.
Grand theft auto: Redmond police took an automobile theft report at 5:15 p.m. from the 15700 block of Bear Creek Parkway downtown. There is no suspect information.
Theft: A resident in the 3100 block of 181st Avenue Northeast in Overlake reported jewelry was stolen from her residence at 3:33 p.m.
Vehicle prowls: Officers responded to two vehicle prowl reports. The first came at 8:42 a.m. from the 15700 block of Bear Creek Parkway downtown. The second came at 12:28 p.m. from the 9200 block of 151st Avenue Northeast in Grass Lawn.
