Bike stolen from Overlake park and ride station | Police blotter for March 10-11

The police blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the Redmond Police Department that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. The Redmond Reporter Police Blotter is not intended to be representative of all police calls originating in Redmond, which gets more than 500 calls (emergency and non-emergency) per week.

Tuesday, March 11

Trespass: Redmond police responded to the report of an unwanted person at 4:50 a.m. from the 8800 block of 161st Avenue Northeast on Education Hill.

Monday, March 10

Bicycle theft: A resident reported his bicycle taken sometime over the last two days at a park and ride at Northeast 40th Street and 156th Avenue Northeast in Overlake.

Vehicle prowl: Redmond police received a report of a car prowl at 6:15 p.m. from the 8200 block of 161st Avenue Northeast downtown.

Fraud: Redmond police took two reports of fraud from Overlake, one of which was a report of a fraudulent tax refund.
