Drugs found at downtown daycare | Police blotter for April 30

The police blotter feature is both a description of a small selection of police incidents and a statistical roundup of all calls to the Redmond Police Department that are dispatched to on-duty police officers. The Redmond Reporter Police Blotter is not intended to be representative of all police calls originating in Redmond, which gets more than 500 calls (emergency and non-emergency) per week.

Wednesday, April 30

Vehicle prowls; Officers responded to two vehicle prowl reports from Overlake. The first came at 7:56 a.m. The second came at 10:20 p.m.

Malicious mischief: Redmond police investigated a malicious mischief incident at 8:10 p.m. from a park in the 17200 block of Northeast 104th Street on Education Hill.

Drugs: Redmond police responded to a report of drugs at 12:57 p.m. from a daycare in the 17900 block of Union Hill Road downtown.

Burglaries: Officers responded to two burglaries. The first came from the lobby of an apartment complex downtown, where a television was stolen. The second came from a work shop on Education Hill. Various types of tools were taken from inside of it.
