Wednesday, April 7

Theft: Redmond Police responded to a theft at Arena Sports in the 9000 block of Willows Road.

Threats: Redmond Police investigated threats made by one driver to another at Redmond-Woodinville Road and Northeast 85th Street.

Pain report: A mother in the 17900 block of Northeast 90th Street reported that her daughter stole pain medication. An investigation is ongoing.

Tuesday, April 6

Forgot something: A suspect attempted to cash a fraudulent check at a bank in the 15600 block of Redmond Way at around 2:30 p.m., but then quickly left, leaving behind his driver’s license.

Monday, April 5

Trespass: Redmond police arrested a 19-year-old man and 16-year-old boy for criminal trespassing in the first degree at around 11 p.m. in the 16600 block of Northeast 85th Street.

Vehicle theft: A resident called Redmond police at around 10:30 a.m. to report a vehicle was stolen from the 2500 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast.

Vandalism: At around 9 p.m., someone broke a glass cover and discharged a fire extinguisher in a parking garage in the 12000 block of 134th Circle Northeast.

Sunday, April 4

Slashed tires: Four tires on a parked vehicle in the 17100 block of Redmond Way were slashed. The call was made to Redmond Police around 8 p.m. and there is no suspect information.

Shoplifting: Redmond police arrested a 16-year-old boy for shoplifting at the Sears in the 2200 block of 148th Avenue Northeast at around 3:30 p.m.

Burglary: Redmond police investigated a burglary at a business in the 2700 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast in which someone broke in and stole a laptop computer and a dirt bike. There is no suspect information.

Drugs: Redmond police arrested a 19-year-old man at around 2:30 p.m. for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop near the corner of West Lake Sammamish Parkway and 171st Avenue Northeast.

An Easter find: Redmond police recovered a stolen vehicle in the Safeway parking lot in the 17200 block of Redmond Way at around 6:30 a.m. Easter morning.

Saturday, April 3

Tampering: Redmond police investigated a call at around 2:15 p.m. about someone tampering with the steering of a vehicle in the 15800 block of Bear Creek Parkway.

Neighbor dispute: Redmond police responded to a civil dispute about designated parking spaces at around 8:40 in a condominium parking lot in the 7500 block of Old Redmond Road.

Friday, April 2

Shoplifting: Security personnel for a business in the 17200 block of Redmond Way detained a 31-year-old woman for shoplifting. Redmond police responded and arrested the woman.

Assault: Redmond police responded to a report of a fight at a movie theater in the 7400 block of 166th Avenue Northeast. Two male customers shoved each other inside the men’s restroom.

Thursday, April 1

Trespassing: Redmond police arrested three teenagers for trespassing in an abandoned house in the 16600 block of Northeast 85th Street.
