Margaret Marie Jeppesen Ezell

Margaret Marie Jeppesen Ezell, 81, of Bellevue, WA, passed away on February 20, 2017, due to natural causes with her family by her side.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00, Friday, March 3, at Cedar Lawns Memorial Park, 7200 180th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052. Funeral arrangements are also being handled by Cedar Lawns.

Margaret was born in Fort Yates, Sioux Co., North Dakota on February 20, 1936. She graduated from Redmond High School. She was the Redmond Bicycle Derby Queen in 1954. She also attended Bellevue College as well as Lake WA Voc Tech.

Margaret was married to Kenneth Ezell for 26 years.

She worked as a Data Controller for the Boeing Co. for several years. When she was younger, she worked for Dr. J. R. Vickers as a dental assistant. After retiring, Margaret enjoyed tending her garden with all of its many flowers. She studied genealogy for many years. She liked to attend garage sales to find another hidden treasure. She also loved traveling, sightseeing and guided fishing trips with Ray Meyer, her life partner for over 30 years.

Margaret is survived by Ray Meyer, her brother Tony Jeppesen and wife Joanne, sons Jeffrey and Stephen, her grandson JJ (Jeffrey Jr.), nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.

Margaret is preceded in death by her infant daughter Kimberly (b.7/3/63 – d.10/10/63), her ex-husband Kenneth, and her brothers Hans and Carl.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Northwest Infant Survival & SIDS Alliance (https://www.nwsids.org/Donate). A celebration of life reception will be held following the funeral ceremony for those who wish to attend at Barbara Andersen’s home: 4147 187th Ave SE, Issaquah, WA
