Bear Creek dispatches Wahkiakum in first round | State Volleyball

First mission accomplished.

Bear Creek swept Wahkiakum, 25-13, 25-15, 25-20, this morning in the first round of the 2B state volleyball tournament at the Yakima Sundome.

The Grizzlies (16-0) will play Mossyrock at 8:15 p.m. tonight in the next round.Mossyrock defeated White Swan, 25-16, 25-19, 25-22, in its opening-round match.

Tonight's winner will play at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the semifinals against the Napavine-Colfax winner. The losing teams will move into the loser's bracket.
