Redmond Thunder soccer girls win district cup title

Redmond Thunder, a girls under-13 District 2 team, finished first in the division and went on to win the D2 Recreational Cup Championship on Nov. 25 and progressed to the state recreational playoffs on Dec. 1.The Thunder notched a 9-1 league record and went 4-0 in the D2 playoffs despite missing some key players.
