Vo2 Performance Center to host triathlon industry experts for seminar

Redmond-based Vo2 Performance Center and TYR Swimwear will be hosting a performance clinic and panel discussion tomorrow from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. with Triathlon industry experts T.J. Tollakson, Dr. Shawn Dolan and Don Malone in addition to Vo2 founder and head coach Ben Bigglestone.

Titled "Power Squared," the seminar will cover training and racing with power, cutting-edge research and proven techniques for sports nutrition and incorporating sports massage to aid recovery and performance. The clinics will conclude with a open-panel discussion with all experts fielding questions from the audience.

"This seminar represents an ideal combination of professional expertise, cutting edge research and real world experience," Bigglestone said. "These sessions are designed to provide the participants with tangible take-aways to help them improve their triathlon performance in 2010."

The cost to attend is $25 which includes a $5 donation to the Greater Washington Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Due to limited space, pre-registration is required and can be done by going to www.vo2performance.com or by calling 425-749-4005.

Located at 2795 152nd Ave Northeast in Redmond near Microsoft's campus and the former Group Health building, Vo2 Performance Center is training center, indoor riding studio and fitness club focused on triathlete performance across all levels.
