They’re on to the final four.

Overlake’s Evan Williams and Esteban Sanchez scored in the Owls’ 2-0 victory over Klahowya in the 1A state boys soccer tournament on May 18 at Sammamish High.

The Owls (14-2-4) will take on Winlock/Toledo (17-0-4) at 4 p.m. May 24 in the semifinals at Sunset Chev Stadium in Sumner.

Overlake defeated Hoquiam, 1-0, in the opening round of state on May 14. Sanchez tallied for the Owls.

Emerald City League most valuable player Sanchez leads the way for the Owls, who are the two-time defending state champs and have won five titles overall.
