Hartman Park to host District 9 Little League state tournament starting this weekend

Jonathan Hartman Park, located on Education Hill at 17300 104th Street across from Redmond High School, will play host to the Little League 9/10 State Baseball Tournament, starting on Saturday, July 16 and concluding on Monday, July 25th with the championship game.

The local representative in the field will be Mercer Island, the District 9 champions, who polished off an undefeated season (11-0) by beating Sammamish 11-5.

Also this weekend, the Majors District Tournament will be played at Hartman Park. Drivers and residents should expect heavy traffic around the park and on 104th Street during tournament play.
