Popular Zucchini 500 returns to Redmond Saturday Market on Aug. 6

On Aug. 6, the Redmond Zucchini 500 will return to the Redmond Saturday Market.

The free event begins at 11 a.m. on the grass and is open to kids ages 5 to 14. Vegetables and other materials to build race cars are provided, but pre-registration is required. Kids can sign up at the information desk.

The Redmond Saturday Market is open every Saturday through Oct. 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The market is located at 7730 Leary Way N.E.
