The Bar Method, will celebrate the anniversaries of its two locations, one of which is in Redmond Town Center, with a happy hour event on Friday from 4-6 p.m. at company’s South Lake Union location at 124 Westlake Ave. N. in Seattle.
The event is open to Bar Method friends and clients and will have beverages and giveaways.
The Redmond Bar Method is located at 7551 166th Ave. N.E., Suite D240 and is celebrating its third year in business. This first studio opened in the summer of 2009, with the Seattle location following just two years later.
“It is such a pleasure to come in each morning and see so many familiar faces and to see the community that has formed inside and outside of our classes,” said co-owner and instructor Maika Manring. “Bar Method is a special place and it feels like a celebration each day. We are grateful for what we are able to do and how our clientele has responded.”
Bar Method combines the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training into an exercise format that quickly and safely reshapes and elongates muscles. The company sees about 1,800 clients a week, about 7,000 per month.
“We are so grateful to our thousands of clients for all of their support and dedication,” said co-owner Luke Currier. “They inspire us each day and they are our motivation.”
