Redmond High musicians to perform at ‘Ten Grands Seattle’ benefit

A viola player and a string ensemble from Redmond High will be performing at Benaroya Hall at 7 p.m. on May 11 as part of the annual “Ten Grands Seattle” benefit concert for music education.

On viola is Hattie Young and The Four Dumplings string ensemble consists of Dan Park (violin 1), Atticus Liu (violin 2), Amanda Pang (viola) and Kyu Kim (cello).

The award-winning students are from this year’s Washington State Solo & Ensemble Contest, an annual statewide competition for high school students held in Ellensburg on April 26-27.
