Serious About Fitness presents SAF 8K Block Party to benefit Hopelink

Redmond’s Serious About Fitness will hold its SAF 8K Block Party at 10 a.m. on Sunday starting at Luke McRedmond Park, 15811 Redmond Way.

Formerly known as the RAC to Redhook 4.5-mile Fitness Run/Walk, the event will benefit Hopelink, a nonprofit organization that supports homeless and low-income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities.

The event is an untimed run/walk open to community members of all ages and abilities. There will be four fitness challenges along the course. The event will continue at 11:30 a.m. at the Redhook Brewery for lunch, music and a cornhole (bean-bag toss) tournament.
