City to run free lunch program for kids and teens at Sunset Garden’s Park this summer

From July 8 through Aug. 23, the City of Redmond will run Community Lunch at Sunset Garden’s Park, a free program for kids and teens ages 18 and younger.

The program will be Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Each day will start with different activities, including team sports, science experiments, active games, take-home crafts and visits from special guests. Lunch will be served at noon and provided by the Family Pancake House and sponsored by USDA.

Sunset Gardens Park is located near the intersection of Northeast 95th Street and Avondale Road Northeast.
