Redmond defeated Lake Washington in four games on Sept. 12.The Mustangs dropped the first game, 15-25, but then stormed back with consecutive 26-24, 25-19 and 25-21 wins.

Micah Cummings had 30 assists for the Mustangs, followed by Audrey Hyem with 25 digs and 11 kills, Kaitlin Williamson with 22 digs and four aces, Bianca Javois with 10 kills and Allyson O’Brochta with seven kills.

• Bear Creek’s volleyball team went 2-3 at the recent SunDome Festival in Yakima.The Grizzlies defeated Waitsburg Prescott in two games and Riverside Christian in three games and lost to Columbia, Woodland and Nooksack in two games each.
