Mark Rohricht joins Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Redmond

Mark Rohricht has been named the new vice president of human resources of the electronics group for Crane Aerospace and Electronics, which has a location in Redmond.

In this role, Rohricht will report directly to Bob Tavares, president of Crane Electronics Group. Rohricht will be responsible for human resources for all of the electronics groups locations including Beverly, Mass., Chandler, Ariz., Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., West Caldwell, N.J., Redmond and Kaohsiung, Taiwan. His primary location will be Redmond.

Rohricht has an extensive background in human resources, which includes organizational design, leadership development and international human resources. He has been with Healthways for the last 10 years, serving two primary roles: vice president of leadership and organizational development as well as vice president of international human resources. Prior to Healthways, he worked in various leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark Corporation including leading human resources for one of the company’s larger manufacturing sites.

Rohricht received his bachelor of arts in both economics and psychology from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wis. and his doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee.
