Redmond falls to Bellarmine, 44-6 | Prep football

Bellarmine defeated Redmond, 44-6, in nonleague football action last Friday night.

The host Lions led 44-0 after three quarters before Redmond’s Robert Fleeks scored on a 4-yard touchdown run with 3:48 remaining in the game.

Fleeks had 11 rushes for 59 yards and quarterback Nick Swanson was 10-for-22 for 64 yards passing. Jake Talbot had three catches for 25 yards to lead the Mustangs.

Redmond will host Skyline at 7 p.m. on Friday.
