Eastlake baseball snaps Redmond’s winning streak

Redmond was riding a four-game winning streak before Eastlake defeated the Mustangs, 3-0, on Wednesday. The Mustangs were 11-4 in league and 13-5 overall at press time.

Parker Narloch had two hits for Redmond against Eastlake.

In other recent games, Redmond beat Skyline (6-4), Woodinville (1-0), Bothell (4-2) and Mount Si (3-2).

Here’s a rundown:

The Mustangs racked up 13 hits against Skyline with three each from Milo Mincin and Narloch and two from Branden Hayward. Mincin had three RBIs.

Against Woodinville, Narloch, Matt Pardi, Grant South and Chase Hall all had hits.

In the Bothell win, Redmond got hits from Kevin Calderhead, Brendan Ecklebarger and Daelan Mahoney.

Narloch and Hall had two hits each against Mount Si.

On the pitching front, Ecklebarger, Pardi, Mincin, Blake Steckler and Cam Page have put in solid performances.
