Idylwood Beach to open on Saturday

Due to the warm weather that is expected through this weekend, the City of Redmond will open Idylwood Beach at 650 W. Lk. Sammamish Pkwy N.E. on Saturday.

Lifeguards will be on duty 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily through the end of the summer.

Located on the shores of Lake Sammamish, Idylwood features a swimming beach, including a bathhouse and restrooms, car-top boat launch, playground, picnic shelter and tables and public parking.
