Redmond High senior Roxanne Mackenzie Sanders received a $500 scholarship from the AFSCME Local 21-RD (the maintenance workers for both public works and parks for the City of Redmond). She will attend Washington State University and plans on studying zoology. Alan Reznick, the current secretary/treasurer of the Local 21-RD, presented the award.
