Overlake girls soccer loses in district title game, headed to state

Overlake girls soccer lost its first match of the season by a 1-0 count to Kings in the 1A Bi-District 1/2 championship on Saturday at Newport High.

Both teams qualify for state, which begins on Tuesday night at Interlake High. Overlake will take on Kiahowya at 6 p.m.

Overlake is 16-1.
