No DUI arrests on July 4: Police Blotter June 29 – July 4

June 29: Redmond police officers investigated an assault between two adult male acquaintances. The suspect pushed the victim to the ground which resulted in a broken wrist.
Verbal threats were also made to hurt the victim further.
The suspect was arrested on felony assault charges and booked into the King County Jail.
June 30: An online report was filed saying they discovered their vehicle had been damaged while parked at the Redmond Library.
A note from a witness indicated that a gray Audi driven by a female with short red hair had backed into the victim’s car and left without leaving any contact information.
July 1: Employees at a local grocery store saw two adult males grab several bottles of liquor form the shelves and put them in bags.
The suspects left the store without paying. Officers searched the area but did not find the suspects.
Video is being reviewed to identify the duo.
July 3: A resident in northeast Redmond called police after noticing a vehicle parked in their neighborhood for a few days without moving.
The license plate returned as a stolen vehicle out of Everett.
An officer processed the car for evidence and it was impounded pending release to the owner.
July 4: No intoxicated driving cases were reported during the holiday.
