A Redmond-based Crossfire Premier B99A player (right) challenges a Pacific Northwest SC 99 Maroon opponent for the ball on Monday morning at 60 Acres Park in Redmond. The teams battled in the U19 Super Group, and Crossfire won, 2-1. The Crossfire squad then defeated Washington Premier FC B99 White, 1-0, in the final. The Crossfire Challenge College Showcase for boys and girls U15-U19 teams kicked off last Friday and ran through Monday. The premier youth tournament in the Pacific Northwest features teams from the United States and Canada.
