Redmond elected officials swear-in on Dec. 17.

The newly elected mayor and councilmembers were officially sworn in during the Redmond City Council meeting on Dec. 17. King County District Court Judge Michael J. Finkle administered the oaths.

Angela Birney (Mayor), Varisha M. Khan (Pos. 1), Jessica Forsythe (Pos. 3), Vanessa Kritzer (Pos. 5) and David Carson (Pos. 7) were all sworn in during an elected officials swearing-in ceremony. Their terms are effective January 2020 through December 2023.
