Steve Fields leading city council race over Janet Richards

With 37.79% of the registered voters’s ballots counted, incumbent Steve Fields is winning the race for City Council Position No. 2 over the challenger Janet Richards.

Steve Fields – 56.97% (6,826 votes)

Janet Richards – 42.48% (5,090 votes)

Election results will be certified on Nov. 23.
