Redmond High’s Klassen shines at diving events | Prep Sports

Redmond High senior Eric Klassen won the diving competition at last weekend’s 4A Kingco meet with a score of 436.25 at Juanita High.

Klassen, who also won the recent 4A Kingco state qualifying meet with a personal-record 443.40 points, will head to that top meet on Feb. 21-22 at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way.

He was recently the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association athlete of the week.
