And the winner of the Redmond Reporter’s Cute Kids Photo Contest is … Katie Savage.

According to mom, Anne: “Our darling caboose is 4 months old at her brother’s 16th birthday. She’s loving the French bread!”

The winner will receive a $50 gift card and $50 toward a birthday party package from Menchie’s frozen yogurt in Redmond, the contest’s sponsor.
