The Redmond Regional Library at 15990 N.E. 85th is partnering with the City of Redmond and Teen Wise to present a monthly film series that will highlight community issues affecting teens.

This month, Lights! Camera! Action! Teens Talk about Films will feature “Bully” from 1-2 p.m. on March 30 in Meeting Room 2, a documentary following five kids and families over the course of a school year. Offering insight into different facets of America’s bullying crisis, the stories include two families who have lost children to suicide and a mother awaiting the fate of her 14-year-old daughter, who has been incarcerated after bringing a gun on her school bus.

The documentary provides a glimpse into homes, classrooms, cafeterias and principals’ offices.

A discussion led by Sheri Gazitt, teen life coach at Teen Wise will follow.
