Western Washington University student Sarah Lee of Redmond received a $2,000 Shintaffer Family Scholarship Endowment for the 2014-2015 academic year.

The Shintaffer Family Scholarship Endowment is available to students with a minimum grade-point average of 3.2 majoring in accounting.

Lee is a senior with a 3.5 GPA and is on the President’s Honor Roll. She is a member of the Accounting Society, a volunteer for the Arthritis Foundation and an intern for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services. Her professional goal is to work at a public accounting firm in auditing in Seattle.
