Redmond Senior Center to hold open house Saturday

The Redmond Senior Center (RSC) at 8703 160th Ave. N.E. is holding an open house on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Activities include “Taste of the RSC” with free food samples from the center’s daily hot lunch menu, free foot massages, courtesy blood pressure checks, health information from Evergreen Healthcare, free lattes and other hot beverages.

There will also be a number of demonstrations throughout the day:

• 10:10 a.m. – Line Dancing
• 10:40 a.m. – Senior Strength and Cardio with Jody Martin
• 11:00 a.m. – Zumba with Teresa Osborn
• 11:20 a.m. – Tap with Tim Hickey
• 11:40 a.m. – T’ai Chi Chuan with Stephanie Russell
• Noon – Swing Dancing with Tim Hickey
• 12:20 p.m. – Table Tennis
