Redmond’s Structural Chiropractic will hold a free event, “EAT — What You Must Know to Look in the Mirror and Say ‘WOW!'” at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 25 to help bring awareness and strategies around eating well.

Structural’s Dr. Tony Brooks is a former Army ranger with a new lease on life. He is now focused on providing structural chiropractic care to community along with structural massage.

“If you were to drive down the main street of any community in the world would you see more local health food stores or fast food chains? The answer is obvious, BUT the choice is yours when it comes to what you put in your body!” says Dr. Brooks.

“Dr. Brooks helped put me on a nutritional program in 2013 and I have actually been able to stick to it since then. I have lost over 30 pounds and kept it off. What I have not shared is that for 20 years of my life, I battled with obesity and tried everything, but nothing worked,” says client Shanam L.
