Jerzy’s Wine Bar and Bistro celebrates grand opening

Jerzy's Wine Bar and Bistro celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday afternoon.

Jerzy’s Wine Bar and Bistro celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday afternoon.

In honor of the event, chef Tony Barrett created a Pinot Grigio wine bottle cake.

The interior, a late 1940s house, has been completely remodeled and designed to provide a comfortable atmosphere for patrons to enjoy. A new menu, which changes seasonally, has been created by Barrett and inspired by European and American cuisine. The mix includes steaks, crepes, pasta and shepherd’s pie. Desserts, espresso and wines complement the menu to complete the experience. All entrees come with a house salad and the signature homemade beer bread.

The restaurant’s wine menu was designed with a mix of local and West Coast brands as well as European wines and champagnes. Jerzy’s also features a full bar with a variety of specialty cocktails.

Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, Jerzy’s also serves breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Happy hour specials on food, beer and wine are available Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. Happy hour specials are also available late beginning at 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.

Jerzy’s Wine Bar and Bistro is located at 16727 Redmond Way. For more information, visit www.jerzyswinebar.com.
