To celebrate the opening of the new Qdoba Mexican Grill® in downtown Redmond, the restaurant is offering one free entrée and one free medium size fountain drink to anyone who makes a minimum $5 donation to Qdoba’s national charity partner, Starlight Children’s Foundation, at the new 15946 Redmond Way location between noon-4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11.

All donations collected during the grand opening event will be directed toward sponsoring a Starlight Fun Center™ mobile entertainment unit for the pediatric patients at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Representatives from Starlight Children’s Foundation will be on hand at the event to provide additional background on the organization and its efforts in the Seattle area.

In addition to the fundraising component, the event will feature the Seattle Seahawks’ Blue Thunder Drumline which will perform from noon- 2 p.m. Guests at the event will also have the opportunity to enter a raffle to win tickets to a Seattle Seahawks game.
