Redmond Food Truck Corral opens today, offers a variety of cuisines daily

Beginning today, the Redmond Food Truck Corral (RFTC) will be open for business Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Beginning today, the Redmond Food Truck Corral (RFTC) will be open for business Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Located in the parking lot of Redmond Auto Detail at 15904 Bear Creek Parkway in Redmond, the RFTC will feature a number of the Puget Sound’s biggest and newest food trucks.

The lineup will include:

Monday: Pai’s (Thai/Hawaiian fusion) and Raney Brother’s BBQ
Tuesday: The Jerk Station (Caribbean) and G&G Dogs (classic hot dog cart)
Wednesday: Skillet (American)
Thursday: CurryNow (Indian)
Friday: Bigfood (Caribbean/Indian fusion) and BUNS (gourmet burgers)

With more trucks to be added soon, Redmond’s first and only food truck pod already includes Skillet, one of the area’s first food trucks, BUNS, an award-winning gourmet burger truck and Bigfood, a rising food truck in the area. Pai’s brings a blend of Thai and Hawaiian fare. Raney Brother’s BBQ is known for its Seattle-style barbecue sandwiches and The Jerk Station, one of the area’s newest food trucks has already been established in Redmond and brings an assortment of traditional Caribbean cuisine and Caribbean-influenced dishes. CurryNow serves up a blend of Indian curries and Indian-influenced street foods, while classic hot dog cart G &G Dogs offers locally produced, gourmet hot dogs and sausages.
