The Keith Highlanders Pipe Band performed at Redmond Lights last year and will be returning to this year on Dec. 3. They will be located at the western entrance of Redmond Town Center at Northeast 74th Street and Bear Creek Parkway. The band was formed in 1952 and has performed internationally and throughout the Northwest.
