He is a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 575, which meets at Timberlake Christian Church in Redmond. For his Eagle Service Project, he organized and led troop members in building a fire pit and four Adirondack chairs for Acres of Diamonds, a transitional home for women and children in Duvall.
