Continuing the discussion on horn-honking citation | Letter

Amy Eng, I agree with you (Reporter letter, Aug. 18). Police are here to protect the public and enforce the law. The officer must have been taking a nap and you woke him up when you honked your horn, as he didn’t notice the traffic mishap.

I hope you can take this ticket to court, as I would like to know what the judge thinks of horn honking. When they should be honked or not.

Give some of these recruits a badge and they think they are very superior.

If can find out what car he sits in, we can honk at him when we drive by.
